Comfortable Stay

I was initially excited about my stay at the hotel because of its advertised luxury, but I found my experience quite disappointing. While the front office staff and some restaurant personnel were attentive, the overall condition of the hotel and the quality of amenities left much to be desired. The dining options lacked variety and the rooms could really use an update. It's a shame because I was hoping for a better experience given the price I paid.
